Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1. Complimentary Economy Shipping (5-8 business days) for all JEWELRY orders of $50.00+
2. $5.00 flat will be charged at checkout for all JEWELRY orders less than $50.00 value (Economy Shipping)
3. $10.00 flat will be charged at checkout for all APPAREL orders less than $150.00 value (Economy Shipping)
4. $15.00 flat will be charged at checkout for all APPAREL orders over $150.00 value (Economy Shipping)
5. Next-day and Express delivery options are also available.

Canada

1. $15.00 flat shipping (Standard International - 6 to 12 business days) will be charged at checkout for all JEWELRY orders.
2. $20.00 flat will be charged at checkout for all ONLY APPAREL orders less than $200.00 value (Standard International - 6 to 12 business days)
3. $25.00 flat will be charged at checkout for all ONLY APPAREL orders $200.00+ value (Standard International - 6 to 12 business days)

Rest of the World

1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We select the best possible shipping options to deliver the order in time and safely. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

https://www.priaana.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

https://www.priaana.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

https://www.priaana.com ships worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns Policy 

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Priaana LLC is dedicated to the customer satisfaction and we understand that sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. Therefore, only under certain conditions we offer a store credit refund and no returns will be accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@priaana.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
